High Level Assistant Teacher

High Level Teacher Assistants assist lead teachers in planning and implementing learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment. Must have minimum 1 years childcare/teaching related experience.

Lead Teacher

A lead teacher is responsible for daily nursery activities, handling of the class and set up, inventory, maintenance & cleaning of classroom and other significant areas on a daily basis. You will lead in implementing learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment, and will lead the Teacher Assistants in your class in ensuring a clean and tidy classroom, assisting children in feeding and toileting and making sure the needs of each individual child are being met

A Lead Teacher must have at least a Bachelor Degree from a recognised University and two years work experience with children. Specific training and degrees that are college, cache or cooperative based may be considered. Extensive experience in related fields or significant ability will also be considered. All Teachers must have relevant report writing abilities as well as communication with parent skills.

Other qualifications required include:

• Ability to communicate, read and speak English proficiently

• A sound understanding of all elements of the updated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) approach and understanding of the curriculum methodology, along with a framework understanding of how children learn in a play focused, centre based environment Understanding of child development, child safety protocols and the ability to construct and engage in a safe and stimulating environment

• A creative mind with strong problem solving skills, self-awareness, leadership and the ability to cope with multitasking in a classroom with up to 24 children present.

• Ability to follow whole school plans and schedules and create structured planning and schedules for your classes

A specialist teacher is responsible for the daily planning of activities within their speciality, you will be teaching all age groups within the Nursery on a rotating schedule. You will lead in implementing learning experiences in the subject of your area that advance the intellectual, emotional, social and physical development of children within a safe, healthy learning environment. Must have minimum 1 years teaching related experience in the relevant specialist role, preferably in a Nursery/Early Years environment.

• Other qualifications required include:
